In Genshin Impact, some NPCs can be involved in several quests, which can block you from the new content that you want to play immediately. Some quests will also block you from the cooperative regime, and this can upset you if you want to play with friends, but cannot physically fulfill your quest. Is it possible to cancel the quests in Genshin Impact?

Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel the quest in Genin Impact. As soon as you accept any quest, it will remain in your quests menu until you do it.

However, if all you want to do is disconnect the quest marker, go to the quest menu, select the quest waiting and click cancel the navigation in the lower right corner of the screen. This will lead to the removal of blue, yellow or purple arrows, indicating you to a certain place.

How to find a character involved in another quest in Genshin Impact

Since you cannot cancel any quests in the game, the presence of a large number of incomplete quests can lead to the fact that you will be blocked from continuing one, since the NPC busy may be involved in another in your list of awaiting execution. If so, go to the quests menu and find the quest that blocks you. In the lower part of the quest description on the right, click on the button with a question sign next to the error message to call a pop-up window that reports which character and quest blocks you.
