Which Electro characters should I level up in Genshin Impact?
Raiden Shogun
Starting with arguably the best Electro character, Raiden Shogun is an absolute powerhouse. Her elemental blast Secret Art: Musou Shinsetsu has a huge list of effects, but the most impressive of them is the massive explosive damage per second she can deal during it, as well as the energy regeneration for the entire team that this ability provides. This makes Raiden an incredible sub-DPS when combined with an energy battery that allows her to do two roles for the price of one.
Fischl
Fischl's primary task is to summon and maintain her familiar, Oz. This is because the damage dealt by Fischl is greatly increased when Oz is on the field. Both Elemental Skill and Fischl's Burst summon Oz, but using them at the right time can practically double Oz's uptime, greatly increasing her DPS. Almost all of the skills and passives in Fishl's set are related to enhancing or interacting with Oz, so managing Oz's uptime is essential to success with her.
Kujo Sarah
Another archer to join the fray is Kujou Sara, and she's perfect for dealing ranged damage while supporting her allies. Using her Elemental Skill and Explosion creates Raven Feathers which allows her to apply attack buffs to her allies and herself. In addition, one of her passive skills allows Sarah to restore energy for her team every time she strikes. Tengu Jurai: Ambush that triggers during her Elemental Skill. Buffing your allies while restoring their energy makes Sarah a great support option for overall DPS and uptime.
Razor
As a Claymore user, Razor automatically gains high base damage values as the Claymore is the strongest player in the game. Beyond that, however, Razor offers many more benefits. His elemental skill Claw and Thunder deals tons of damage while generating Electro Sigils that passively restore energy and can be used to quickly restore energy. * Razor's Elemental Burst *Lightning Fang summons a wolf that attacks near it, dealing damage to Electro. Building around Razor is very important because if you toggle him during his Elemental Burst the wolf will disappear, but building around Razor as your primary DPS is definitely worth the investment.
Beidou
An ideal sub-DPS for many teams, Beido's strength comes from properly using her abilities. Her elemental skill Tidemaster acts as a counterattack, rewarding players with massive damage as well as absorbing damage. Meanwhile, her Elemental Burst Thunderbolt might be one of the best abilities in the game due to the buff it creates. Called Thunder Beast Target, the buff causes the affected character to take less damage while giving them bouncing electro attacks. This buff persists on any characters switched to combat, making it an incredible buff when switching to DPS characters.
Keqing
Keqing is a mobile, fast powerful machine that specializes in movement and critical hits. Her elemental skill Star Recovery allows her to teleport across the battlefield or hit enemies from a distance depending on which follow-up attack she uses. For Electro's direct damage, her Star Sword Elemental Burst deals massive damage to nearby enemies with a series of sword slashes, ending with a blow that deals even more damage. These traits make Keqing a strong opponent both physically and spontaneously.
Traveler
While Keqing certainly has more travel options, the Traveler lives up to its name with its presence both on and off the battlefield. Using their Elemental Skill Lightning Blade deals damage and creates Amulets of Abundance which can be picked up to restore a large amount of energy. In addition, their Elemental Burst Roaring Thunder creates a buff that deals additional electrical damage and restores even more energy. These two abilities alone make the Electro Traveler one of the best power generators in the game.
Lisa
A witch who wields the art of Electro, Lisa leads her battles using powerful AoE attacks. Lisa's elemental skill, Purple Arch is an integral part of her playstyle due to its massive damage output and the Conductive stacks it generates that increase the damage the skill can deal. Her elemental explosion Lightning Rose serves as additional DPS and also knocks back nearby enemies. Considering how weak Lisa is, it's imperative that she keeps her enemies at bay so she can tap into her incredible damage potential.
Yae Miko
Yae Miko's aesthetic is based on fox spirits, but rest assured, her gameplay is based on dealing damage. Her elemental skill Yakan Evocation: Sesshou Sakura causes her to teleport forward, leaving behind a Seshou Sakura tower. These turrets unleash lightning on enemies and benefit from each other, increasing the damage of each nearby turret. Turrets also directly affect her Elemental Burst. Greater Secret Art: Tenko Kenshin that unleashes massive lightning on the target, dealing massive damage. When using Explosion, it will also consume any turrets, and additional lightning will be cast for each of them. It goes without saying that maxing out turrets is paramount for Yae Miko's sustained and explosive damage output, but it will earn you a big reward.
